The Vietnam Veterans Memorial and time capsule at Fort Carson was dedicated on October the 16th 2023 by the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 1075. The project was the brainchild of Gregg Harsch, a member of Chapter 1075. This being a self-help project, planning was two years in the making, with construction and the approval by Fort Carson for placement at the Front Gate.
